SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it is actually alarmed in regards to the higher range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior number of clients/beneficiaries SRD to access SASSA services.

“This is often because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area on sassa status a daily basis. The services level designed for intervention activities a substantial influx of probable beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more assets to help the servicing of all customers and increase usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
